A note about pricing for Integrative Art History-based presentations...
(effective January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011)

I create and present three basic types of programs with pricing structure found below.  However, depending
on client preferences, I will often incorporate various degrees of other types of presentations within a certain
format (for instance, a lecture included within a workshop format).  Thus, pricing may vary slightly.  
The three main categories are:

Lecture-based
Workshop-based
Museum tour-based

Both lectures and workshops typically include an agenda, several relevant hand-outs on topical news
items and/or scholarly articles, live PowerPoint lecture, and Q&A or discussion.  The agenda also normally
includes my sources and additional articles of interest.

    Pricing Structure

Please contact me for specific pricing on lectures, workshops, and combinations of two or three categories.  
Travel expenses are found at the bottom of this page.

Lectures:

1 – 1½ hour                                                                                   please contact for pricing  

Workshops: (pricing may vary depending on client preferences)

1 - 1½  hour                                                                                   please contact for pricing
2 – 2½ hour (includes 10-minute break)                                                          "
3 – 3½ hour (includes 15-minute break)                                                          "
6 hour / all-day (includes 30 minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)      "       
                                                                           
Art museum tours on themed topics:

1-hour group walking museum tour, themed topics
                           
1 - 5 participants                                                   $200 - $250
6 - 12 participants                                                 $250 - $350                                                                       
13 - 20 participants                                               $300 - $450  
    
1 ½ -hour group walking museum tour, themed topics  
                         
1 - 5 participants                                                    $250 - $325
6 - 12 participants                                                  $350 - $425                                                                   
13 - 20 participants                                                $400 - $500

Travel Expenses

Within the Houston metropolitan area I charge no traveling expenses.

If the participating institution is outside the Houston metropolitan area, my traveling  
expenses are to be paid by the institution and are as follows:  

•        If driving, my cost per mile is 50.0 cents/mile round-trip and if necessary overnight hotel.
•        If flying, my traveling expenses include round-trip airfare from Houston, shuttle or taxi
           to and from campus / institution, and if necessary overnight hotel.
